Hello

our program

Here's a quick overview of what our program looks like from start to finish.

welcome

Phase 1

Phase 1

Phase 1

For the first 3o days, we utilize this time period to assess the individual needs of each resident. We start by making a treatment plan for each one and let them get settled in and acclimated with our facility.

Phase 2

Phase 1

Phase 1

Phase Two is broken down into two parts. During this phase, we get the residents to obtain employment and start working through their treatment plan by completing our recovery workbooks and working with local agencies such as West View Behavioral Services and Newberry Mental Health, if needed. We strive to help each resident create a healthy lifestyle and rebuild relationships.

Phase 3

Aftercare

Aftercare

Phase Three is our final phase before our residents make their grand re-entrance back into society. During this time, we expect each resident to become independent and responsible. We help them wrap up their recovery work, start a transition plan, make sure their employment is secure and give them the tools necessary for living a productive and full life.

Throughout our program, our residents will have built a network of resources and relationships to carry with them even after they've successfully completed the phases. Sadie's Hope believes community is vital to recovery and will be here for any issues or questions in addition to assisting residents.

While in our care, residents are provided with:

  • Shared private, spacious rooms in a safe environment. (1-2 residents per room)
  • Exercise regimen
  • Medication management
  • Time management skills
  • Assistance with setting up legal resources
  • Peer supported guidance in recovery and transition plans
  •  Spiritual counseling available
  • Weekly recovery meetings
  • Transportation to and from appointments and work

Program requirements:

  • A willingness to set aside the things that weighed us down and do whatever it takes
  • A desire to create a new life
  • Honesty and openness to allow us to face head on the challenges that have held our residents back prior to joining us
  • Understanding that through community we're strengthened.  Don't carry your burden alone.
  • Must complete application and pass a drug screen upon entry.
